Hi Michelle, Thank you for sharing your ideas at our last meeting. As you can see I have already implemented one of them by joining this group. I have been a bit at sea trying to figure out how to incorporate some of the new technology into our program. I'm relieved to be able to discuss this with other librarians.

Michelle - at the bottom of the posts on grant writing - a B&N employee has some pointers about book fairs and donations going to schools. Also she says some stores run grant writing workshops. Maybe we should look into that for some Nook money?

Dear Michele,
I don't think I will make the meeting at Germantown Friends. I am the ONLY librarian at my PK-12 school so I have to pick and choose the meetings. I am trying to decide between the kindle and the i pad. I would like to be able to download free books from public libraries and other sites.

Hi Michelle,
I am trying to decide which to buy...an e reader or an i pad.
I am the only librarian PK-12 and I am busy. I would like to host a Libris meeting one day.
I hope all is well with you. Please let me know when the next meeting is.
