Got the money! How do I buy ebooks

I have a $5,000 ebook reader/ebook grant : ) Now the hard part! How do I buy the books? Check was to the school corporation. State board of accounts does not like gift cards. I have to have a credit card on file which makes the business people very nervous. How do you buy these books?

First of all call me Peg, it's what I go by, don't know why I registered under Marianna, it's my legal name but that's about all.
Second, do you mind if I call you at school on Monday? DMS, right? If so what would be a good time, I know how busy you are, just because you're a librarian, but I do have some questions, I even thought about donating a $25 prepaid to put on file so I didn't have to use my own credit card.

I ended up putting my credit card on the Nook until I purchased books with the gift cards I received when I bought the Nooks. I got about $500 in cards and I added my card until I spend the money and then I took my card off. I have a few dollars left over to buy more books but I'm not sure how I will do that yet. I'm going to talk to my local BN Nook rep and see if there is a way they can allow schools not to use gift cards...
