Peg,

Several people on the ning have posted Acceptable Use Policies as well check out forms available.  Click Resources at the top of the ning and click Useful Forms in the drop down.  Currently, there are three examples there.  I would definitely have a plan in place and proper documentation should one get lost or damaged.  Best of luck with your program.  I'm sure it is an exciting time for you and your school.
