I really hate to bring this one up but it is a problem for me. Let me start out by saying Barnes and Noble has been wonderful about replacing any Nook that has broken. That being said, I'm waiting to send my sixth nook back. All of the problems have been screen failure. All of the students except one have said they were very careful with the device, only one admitted to dropping theirs, but that one said the device was in the padded case and that it wasn't a serious drop.
