Contract for e-reader use?

I recently purchased Nooks for my students. Before signing them out, I thought I should have a contract of sorts (you break it you replace it) and/or a e-reader Dos and Don'ts list. Does anyone have such things that I can use with my students? Have any of you used them? If so, what are your thoughts? Also is there any advice you'd like to share with a first time e-reader teacher, something you wish you had thought of before use.Thanks.See More
