K. Lorraine

The author writes under the pen name of K. Lorraine. Ms. Lorraine grew up in a small Midwestern town. She was always considered to be artistic by her family, friends and community. She discovered her writing talent early in life.

Ms. Lorraine has been married to her husband Ed for 20 years and they collectively have five children from previous marriages. They are also blessed with six grandchildren. The couple has a home in Roswell, N.M.
The Read & Color books are written for the young child through the beginning reader. The author has added the coloring pages to the book to give the child a directed activity after reading the book. Classroom teachers are encouraged to copy the coloring book pages to reinforce words and concepts in an early children’s book.
